Mandatory registration expanding for SIL and platform providers
From 1 July 2026, providers delivering supported independent living or operating an NDIS digital platform must be registered with the NDIS Commission. Unregistered SIL providers have until 1 October 2026 to apply, or they’ll need to stop delivering these supports.
