Newsha is a BSI Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 13485 with extensive experience in quality assurance, compliance, and auditing within highly regulated healthcare environments since 2016.
Her expertise includes NDIS Practice Standards, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485, with hands on experience in quality management systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Through Pinnacle Compliance Group, she supports NDIS providers to develop practical quality systems, prepare for audits, and meet the NDIS Practice Standards with confidence. She also provides compliance support to medical device organisations.
Newsha holds a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science from the University of South Australia and is passionate about helping organisations build strong, sustainable compliance systems.

Nasim brings over 20 years of professional experience in business management, governance, and regulatory compliance across a diverse range of industries.
